A good leather jacket, simple shirt, and a pair of sexy jeans…

That water hits different when you know you’re going outside to bliss. I close my eyes and visualize the sensation of warmth of the sun on my dewey skin. Instantly, I feel the volcanic eruption bringing the heat.

Exfoliate those winter layers: knit sweaters under bubble coats. Tube socks with all that coconut oil mixed with thick moisturizer. it just makes me wanna STRIP!  Then I open my eyes to feel a whisking breeze gracing my face.  Slow down. * Plays SLOW DOWN  by Skip Marley.* Winter to spring aint a race. That’s how you transition into a new season. Nice and at a steady pace.  Let’s look like walking bliss!

The Spring glow game is taking care of your gem; the skin! We need to exfoliate especially when our skin is extra dry. Contrary to popular belief, removal of dead skin is essential. Eliminate dead skin and unblock pores with a gentle exfoliating cleanser rather than with harsh scrubs. I use something simple as Clean and Clear exfoliating scrub for my face and Dove gentle exfoliating beauty bars for the body. The Limited edition Summer Care beauty bar refreshes and exfoliates as well.

Exchanging your moisturizer for something a little lighter weight is a major key for when the weather warms up. Get with a neutral make up regimen. Our skin tends to hold more water in the spring and summer, so you won’t need as much protection. A sunscreen with an SPF of 50 is recommended for the increase of temperature. No matter the amount of MELANIN. The good ‘Ol Ponds facial moisturizer is fabulous for day and night. Another great moisturizer is also treated as a toner for the body or body splash. Its an oldie but definitely a goodie. The Jean Nate body splash has aloe vera for moisture with a floral scent. Its great for a splash -n- go, or as a moisture sealer.

Self-love is self-care, so continue to indulge in yourself and others. Treat yourself to a lavish hotel with an immaculate spa. You can treat yourself at home with a DIY spa moment. It allows you to take your time in the moment and let the glow up begin!
